New Apprentices start their training
Each of our animals have important roles within the work we do and these two new members will be training towards their own places in the Evergreen Rabbit Control team. We are very excited to get them out and about with us soon!
Welcome…
Nancy
2 years old
Red-Tailed Hawk x Ferruginous Hawk
Both of these breeds stem from Northern America and Canada.
Nancy has been has been with us for a few weeks now and we have been working on her fitness and training at home whilst she gets used to new people.
This week she has flown free for the first time with us, showing to be responsive and nicely trained by her previous owner. She will continue her training with Ed and more updates will posted on her soon.
Tic
9 weeks old
Jack Russel Terrier
Tic arrived last Sunday and has had a busy week with settling in to her new home, keeping everyone up at night and having her first set of jabs. She is a close relation to Flea who Ed owned and worked with for 12 years.
Tic will have plenty of time to settle in and grow before she begins her learning all about her role in the company. But in the meantime we are all very much enjoying puppy cuddles and playtime.
Keep an eye out for some training videos in the future!
